As we continue to scale our business both in the US and Europe, considerable effort and resources have been put into building out the more specialist roles, including key hires that focus on our partnerships and customer-facing roles.
We are thrilled to welcome more recruits to the Altocloud pack. We have added six new team members in the first four months of the year, and that looks set to continue. This talented bunch are already making a significant impact, and strengthen our team in the areas of software development, to data science, and customer-facing roles, including customer success and sales.
Just before the new year, we announced eight new team members. Last year to cater for these increases, we moved into the Portershed in Eyre Square, Galway City. The offices are centrally based in Galway City, the location for the 2020 European Capital of Culture.
Our office locations to date have been carefully chosen for their offerings, from work-life balance, to a good standard living while also offering a competitive landscape for professionals interested in building a successful career at a high growth tech company.
With our growth the last several months we are now just shy of 30 people between Galway and Silicon Valley, doubling our headcount from this time last year.
