You can have your Social Media team interact with customers via Twitter DM within our Agent Desktop and they’ll be able to hand off to Customer Care or Sales from right within the Agent Desktop with all the context of the conversation carried with the handoff. Now you can be alerted via SMS when a person matching this profile visits your website! This will enable you to see what really interests them or even reach out in real time to engage them with a personalised Chat offer. It’s easy - add a Notification number to your Altocloud account, create a persona to tag these persons of interest and enable SMS Notifications for that Persona in the Agent Desktop. As soon as a visitor matches that persona, you’ll receive an SMS.
