Altocloud announces Sales Communications Solution built on Cisco Spark Platform

     

 

Company signs agreement for Cisco to resell Altocloud Solution

ORLANDO, Fla. – March 27, 2017 – Altocloud, the Digital Customer Engagement Company, today announced a Sales Communications Solution built on the Cisco Spark Platform. The solution uses Customer Journey Analytics to identify prospects of interest on a company’s website and instantly alert team members in a Spark space. Sales Reps can immediately engage prospects matching interesting personas, directly from within Spark.

Altocloud automatically sets up a 1-to-1 private Spark space, enabling customer collaboration leading to successful outcomes. Altocloud, a Cisco Solution Partner, also announced an agreement with Cisco, which will enable Cisco to resell the Altocloud solution to its customers.

Data#3, a publicly traded cloud services and solutions company based in Australia, has recently been leveraging Altocloud’s solution with Cisco Spark. “The integration of both tools gives me an inside look, real-time, into who is utilizing our platform. The solution is planned to be generally available in April 2017.

Altocloud also announced today a deeper integration with Cisco’s Contact Center Enterprise Platform (UCCE), using the power of Customer Journey Analytics to enhance Enterprise Chat and Email (ECE). With the Altocloud integration, agents will now be able to view customer journey history when an incoming chat occurs and businesses will be able to trigger proactive and predictive ECE chats at the right time in the customer journey. In addition, agents will be able to escalate from ECE chat to a Spark Video Call with the customer.
